Review by hotel critic
As a landscape photographer who appreciates the finer things in life, I found the hotel's attention to detail in their dining options truly impressive. One morning, feeling inspired by the early morning hues, I ventured to the hotel restaurant just before 5 am, eager to capture the stillness of the dawn. To my delight, breakfast was already available, a rare treat for early risers like myself. As I indulged in the continental spread, I couldn't help but appreciate the freshness of the pastries and the richness of the coffee, which fuelled me for a day of exploration. In the evenings, after a long day of photographing the stunning Canadian landscapes, I found solace in the nearby dining options. One evening, I opted for a comforting meal at La Cage Brasserie Sportive, just a stone's throw away from the hotel. the warm ambiance and hearty fare provided the perfect ending to my day. I would recommend it to fellow travelers seeking both culinary satisfaction and comfort during their adventures in this enchanting region.
